Stay perfectly still | Backstage at the Nutcracker
I love it when a photo falls into place right in front of me. The pose, the light, the lens - it all was a complete alignment of the photo zodiac. Time moves simultaneously slow and fast - slow as in somehow you are able to get a number of shots off in a very short amount of time, and fast as in you are mentally checklisting that you are doing it all right, exposure is good, focus is on, because the moment is not going to last very much longer. And of course the moment ends and you are nervous that you missed it. And then you see you got it. And there was much rejoicing.

Giant Robotic Aliens in Seattle
I think it must have been the 4 hours I spent in the Science Fiction Hall of Fame.
